On June 26, 2025, at the QuINSA (Quantum International Network of Stakeholders Assembly) General Assembly held in Seoul, South Korea, Q-STAR Executive Director Okada and the International Collaboration Working Group gave an invited presentation.

QuINSA is an independent international meeting aimed at fostering discussions among expert organizations and stakeholders from various countries regarding the challenges and future directions of international standardization in the quantum technology field. Representatives from quantum-related organizations, industrial clusters, and research institutions worldwide gathered at the meeting to engage in lively discussions on the direction of international collaboration and policy issues for the advancement of quantum technology.

At this meeting, Q-STAR presented on policy trends for quantum technology in Japan, the current status of discussions regarding standardization, and initiatives for collaboration with industry.
