Promote globalization of quantum technology
Alongside acceleration of economic globalization, advance progress and application of quantum technology through international cooperation
Supporting the creation of business opportunities through the application of quantum technology
Support participation of quantum vendors and users in the venture business market, expand the scope of the quantum industry.
Promote quantum industry by training human resource and widely disseminating information
Develop programs to cultivate and secure talent in quantum and related fields, thereby promoting quantum industrialization. Additionally, clearly communicate, both domestically and internationally, that the implementation of quantum technology is indispensable for the future of society.
Promote Industrialization through Industry-Government-Academia Collaboration
Propose realizing a forum for industry-government-academia collaboration, Quantum United, that includes other countries.

Uniting enterprises, deep-tech startups, and academic pioneers across diverse industry sectors, the alliance dismantles traditional corporate silos. By forging high-impact cross-border networks and strategic global partnerships, Q-STAR is actively building the supply chains and business models that define the world's next industrial era.
