On September 9, 2025, a symposium co-hosted by Q-STAR and G-QuAT was held. Representatives from companies, research institutions, and consortia from around the world gathered at the venue and engaged in lively discussions on how to implement quantum technology into society and how to open up new business opportunities.

At the beginning of the symposium, Q-STAR's Representative Director, Shimada, took the stage and emphasized the importance of an ecosystem for connecting technology and society. He also stated that new innovations are born through international collaboration, and presented a vision for sustainable growth.
In the following session, representatives from companies and consortia took the stage and shared application examples and business development possibilities of quantum technology. Through mutual exchange of opinions among participants, the future vision of new industrial structures and social systems brought about by quantum technology became clear.

This symposium served as an opportunity to reaffirm the critical importance of "cross-border cooperation" in promoting the practical application of quantum technology. To address the diverse challenges toward social implementation, exploring solutions through international discussions and sharing a common vision will be the first step towards the future.
