2nd Quantum City Networking Event: New City Planning Utilizing Quantum Technology

August 4, 2025

On September 26, 2025, we will hold a networking event with participating companies of Q-STAR (General Incorporated Association for the Creation of New Industries through Quantum Technology), with the cooperation of Kawasaki City Hall. We invite companies, local governments, and anyone interested in quantum technology, including quantum computers, to join us.

Our association is working to promote the widespread adoption of quantum technology in society, and we are particularly active in promoting its use in the "community development" sector. However, to concretely advance its widespread adoption in the "community development" sector, it is essential to build cooperative relationships with companies and local governments in each region. A venue is needed for sharing and mutual understanding of how to utilize quantum technology, considering its application to real regional issues, and engaging in various discussions.
Furthermore, we believe it is important to foster a sense of unity across local governments and companies, rather than individual considerations in each region, which led to the organization of this event.

On the day of the event, there will be presentations from Kawasaki City Hall, which has high expectations for quantum technology, as well as case studies on quantum technology initiatives from our association and a panel discussion. We will also have a Q&A session for participants, so please feel free to ask any questions. A social gathering is also planned, so we encourage you to attend in person.
