On June 26, 2025, at the QuINSA (Quantum International Network of Stakeholders Assembly) General Assembly held in Seoul, South Korea, Q-STAR Executive Committee Chair Shunsuke Okada and the International Collaboration Working Group delivered an invited presentation.

QuINSA is an independent international forum aimed at facilitating discussion among key stakeholders and expert organizations from around the world on the challenges and future directions of international standardization in the quantum technology field. The assembly brought together representatives from global quantum-related institutions, industrial clusters, and research organizations to actively exchange views on international collaboration strategies and policy issues related to the development of quantum technologies.
At the assembly, Q-STAR presented an overview of Japan’s current policy trends in quantum technology, the ongoing discussions related to standardization, and efforts to promote collaboration between government, academia, and industry.
